Robert Hochberg
President / CEO
Robert J Hochberg was named CEO of Numeric Computer Systems, Inc. (NCS) in November 1994 and overseas NCS’ global business.
Wayne Hochberg
Executive VP / CFO
Wayne Hochberg is responsible for NCS’s sales activities as well as financial operations. Mr. Hochberg, who started working at Numeric Computer Systems in 1973, assumed his current responsibilities in 2003.

Pedro Toro joined NCS in July 1999 and oversees NCS’ business development for the Latin America and Caribbean Regions.

Andrew Dove
Managing Director of Asia Pacific
Andrew Dove is responsible for all aspects of the NCS business in the Asia Pacific region.

Mr. Dove founded PDT Mobile Data in 1996. It was acquired by Numeric Computer Systems in 1999. We currently have offices in Sydney, Auckland, and Jakarta. The Asia Pacific region is full service with sales, implementation support, and helps desk services being provided.

Mr. Dove holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Canterbury and an MBA from The Australian Graduate School of Management.

Donna Kauffmann
VP Client Services
Donna Tedesco Kauffmann is responsible for the NCS Field Consultants, the Help Desk, and Customer Service.

Ms. Kauffmann started her career as an operator and technical writer at Hell Graphics Systems. She joined NCS in 1991 and held positions of increasing responsibility including Programmer, Technical Writer, Customer Support Manager, Application Consultant, and Project Manager. She has managed some of the largest customer implementations at NCS. Ms. Kauffmann was named to her current position in 2003.

Ms. Kauffmann holds an associate’s degree in Computer Information Systems from SUNY Farmingdale and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from Dowling College.

Wayne Hochberg

Wayne Hochberg is responsible for NCS’s sales activities as well as financial operations. Mr. Hochberg, who started working at Numeric Computer Systems in 1973, assumed his current responsibilities in 2003.

He has over 35 years of experience designing, developing, and implementing, and selling enterprise-level and process-intensive accounting, route management, route accounting, and mobility sales automation solutions for the Fast Moving Consumer Foods Industry on a range of systems including IBM mainframes, Unix systems, and Windows servers.
Robert Hochberg
President / CEO
Robert J Hochberg was named CEO of Numeric Computer Systems, Inc. (NCS) in November 1994 and overseas NCS’ global business. Mr. Hochberg brings more than 30 years of senior-level experience in the technology fields to his role.

Prior to being named CEO, Mr. Hochberg served as the President of NCS a role he continues to hold today. During his tenure at NCS, Mr. Hochberg created the first mobile solution in the Direct Store Delivery Industry and has remained involved in the development of mobility solutions including, bringing the first C#.NET solution to the marketplace. Mr. Hochberg has also been actively involved in keeping the back-end system modern and relevant including bringing the first browser-based Route Accounting solution to the marketplace.

In addition to his responsibilities at NCS, Mr. Hochberg serves on the President’s Advisory Committee at Vassar College and is involved in charitable organizations focused in the areas of education, childhood obesity, medical care, preservation of the East End of Long Island, and many other causes. Mr. Hochberg received his A.B. degree majoring in Economics from Vassar College.
